Overview
The intro to Meeting and Event Management class was given the opportunity to plan and host an event for Degree Seeking Undergraduate Students that attend Grand Valley State University. We believe that adding an educational piece to the event
would showcase what Hospitality and Tourism is all about and by
making it especially memorable. We wanted the students to walk away wanting to become a part of the Hospitality and Tourism Management family because
they were well informed of what the program has to offer. We started the event with a budget of $500.00, and we remained under budget at $337.92 when the event was finished.
